S. Campbell enters the game and replaces D. Mattocks.
Taylor heads behind! Lopez has been excellent since coming on and he makes another terrific run down the right, but Taylor reads it well to intervene! Meanwhile, Jamaica make their final change in advance of this corner, as defender Sergio Campbell replaces Mattocks. And goalkeeper Corona is up there for Mexico in anticipation!
90' +1
There will be three minutes added on at the end of this match.
90'
Mexico throwing caution to the wind now as they pour bodies forward in search of an equaliser. A dangerous cross in sees them win a corner, but the ensuing delivery is collected by Blake, who has been nothing short of superb tonight!
88'
K. Lawrence has scored a goal for Jamaica!
JAMAICA PUT A FOOT INTO THE GOLD CUP FINAL! What drama in Pasadena, California! It's an absolutely stunning free-kick from Kemar Lawrence who bends an audacious effort into the top corner! And the muted celebrations from Jamaica, calm and composed, indicate they know there's still work to do now to see it out. Absolutely incredible!
86'
Free-kick to Jamaica on the edge of the penalty area as Ayala commits a clumsy foul. Will this be another drive from Taylor, or will they opt for more finnesse with it being only 22 yards from goal? Either way, this is a massive opportunity for Jamaica to snatch it late!
84'
STAT: Jamaica have lost just one of their last 10 Gold Cup matches, the 2015 final against Mexico (W6 D3).
82'
CLOSE! Outstanding delivery from Lopez as he picks out Gallardo with a delicious ball in from the right, but the full-back bounces a tame header straight at Blake! He has to be doing better there!
80'
O. Gordon gets yellow.
Duenas is the victim of a late challenge here as Gordon becomes the third Jamaica player booked in this second half.
79'
R. López enters the game and replaces E. Hernández.
OUTSTANDING SAVE! That is a work of art from Corona who reacts superbly, diving to his left to get a hand to Watson's header at full-stretch! If there was just a bit more pace behind that effort Jamaica very well could have been ahead late!
77'
M. Binns enters the game and replaces R. Williams.
Jamaica's second change sees Michael Binns replace Williams.
76'
STAT: Mexico are unbeaten in their last 10 Gold Cup matches (W7 D3).
74'
The tempo is picking up again as we approach the final 15 minutes. Jamaica continue to pose a threat on the break, while Mexico are showing good command in possession, though they're struggling to negotiate an opening.
72'
J. Watson gets yellow.
Watson is booked now as Mexico's intensity begins to wear on Jamaica.
71'
Into the final 20 minutes now, and this seems an appropriate time to remind you that should this game stay scoreless it will head straight to penalties. There is only extra-time in the final in this revamped Gold Cup format.
69'
That free-kick seems to have spurred Mexico on here. They're back on top of the match, keeping Jamaica hemmed back in their own end. This pro-Mexico crowd is starting to find their voice again.
67'
STAT: Jamaica have been held scoreless in seven of their last nine matches against Mexico. The last time they scored two goals against Mexico was in May 1965, 24 matches ago. And they have been held without a goal in 16 of those.
65'
Calamity ensues as the wall takes shape, with the referee barking orders on more than one occasion to get them properly set. Meanwhile, Gallardo and Duenas discuss who gets the honour of taking, and it is Gallardo who wins the debate, powering a strike through the wall and right on target, but Blake is up to the task! Terrific from the Jamaica keeper!
63'
Sepulveda does really well to hold the ball up on the edge of the penalty area before being tripped up from behind by Watson. Real chance for Mexico here to have a go at goal from 20 yards, just slightly off centre. Anticipation building...
61'
Mexico cannot be happy with the way this match is unfolding. Jamaica are growing more and more into the game as El Tri are struggling mightily now to get going in attack. Blake has been a virtual spectator since the break.
59'
J. Gallardo enters the game and replaces É. Gutiérrez.
Jesus Gallardo comes on to earn his 14th cap for Mexico, replacing Gutierrez.
58'
R. Williams gets yellow.
Williams stomps on the shin of Pereira - accidentally, but carelessly - and he sees yellow.
57'
Jamaica continue in the ascendency, as they have made a really good start to the second half. Another well-worked attack ends with a chance for Morris, but his first-time effort is hit straight into the arms of Corona!
55'
STAT: Mexico have won three of the last four Gold Cups and have reached the semi-finals in each of the last five.
53'
R. Morris enters the game and replaces S. Francis.
Ricardo Morris replaces Francis, who was on a yellow. That's two of the three players booked in the first half subbed off.
52'
Mattocks is really coming to life early in this second half, proving a handful for Alvarez, who doesn't have the support he needs from Elias Hernandez. Conversely, Mexico don't have that gamebreaker at the moment, but the role is crying out to be filled.
50'
In their match in the group stage the first half played out similarly, before the tempo was completely drained in the second. It was a tough watch through the final 45 minutes as both sides played scared - scared to make the mistake that would see them lose the match. Hopefully the script is different this time around.
48'
Lively tempo to start this second half as Mexico negotiate the first attack, but Jamaica reply swiftly and win a corner through the pace of Mattocks. Gordon's delivery is a good one, and Mexico can't clear, but no yellow shirt is able to get onto it.
46'
Á. Sepúlveda enters the game and replaces E. Torres.
Mexico make one change at the break as Angel Sepulveda replaces Torres, who could very well have been sent off in that first half.
Here we go again!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: MEXICO 0-0 JAMAICA.
45'
There will be one minute added on at the end of this first half.
43'
Time winding down on this first half as Jamaica continue in the ascendency. Mexico's threat has been negated in the last five minutes or so, as Jamaica grow in confidence in possession. They're really starting to get a good feel in this match.
41'
STAT: Jamaica have scored just one goal in their last five matches against Mexico (D2 L3).
39'
The tempo has had peaks and valleys in this first half, but it's picked up again as we approach the interval. Mexico have been in control for long periods, but Jamaica refuse to lay down. The Reggae Boys are digging deep as they do their best to go toe to toe with El Tri.
37'
TERRIFIC EFFORT! Jamaica relieve the pressure and get the ball forward, winning a free-kick about 35 yards out. Taylor rifles a bullet towards the far post that Corona has to dive across to parry behind for a corner!
35'
Inviting delivery! A mad scramble ensues in the Jamaica penalty area following a Mexico corner, as Torres sees a rebound attempt cleared off the line, but the whistle sounds as Molina was deemed to have fouled Blake in the air! Jamaica can breathe a sigh of relief.
33'
S. Francis gets yellow.
The physicality of the match is really picking up, and Mexico are no strangers to it as Honduras were flying into challenges in their quarter-final clash. The third booking of the match here - also the third in less than 10 minutes - is shown to Jamaica's Francis.
31'
STAT: Mexico have scored in 17 of their last 18 matches across all competitions, the lone exception being their 0-0 draw with Jamaica in the group stage.
29'
E. Torres gets yellow.
Terrible challenge! Torres flies recklessly into a tackle on Lowe, leaving his feet as he slides in with two feet, and arrives late as well! The referee shows him yellow, but that very well could have been worse. He will be walking a tight line the rest of the way.
27'
OUCH! Pereira goes crashing to the ground around the halfway line after taking the brunt of a collision with Mattocks. The Jamaica forward won the header fairly, simply getting more height on his jump, as Pereira's collided with his shoulder, but Mexico are awarded a free-kick nonetheless.
25'
E. Álvarez gets yellow.
Back the other way come Jamaica and Alvarez is booked for Mexico as he halts a break, cynically.
SPLENDID SAVE! Superb piece of goalkeeping once again from Blake, who is keeping Jamaica in the game! Elias Hernandez finds space on the right and chips a delicious ball into the centre for Torres, but his header from six yards is stopped expertly by Blake from point-blank range!
23'
Jamaica enjoy a prolonged spell in possession, but they're not posing nearly enough of a threat in the attacking half. Once they cross into Mexico territory they almost seem to panic, and possession is quickly surrendered.
21'
STAT: Mexico are unbeaten in their last five matches against Jamaica, and have lost just one of their last 14 against them.
19'
It's clear Jamaica are starting to put more attention into defence, as they aim to keep Mexico on the fringes, biding their time as they look for an opportunity on the break. Mexico need to adopt more width in their approach to start opening gaps between the cluster of yellow shirts in the centre.
17'
Jamaica are starting to push back now, but Mexico are equal to the task. Mattocks makes strides down the left flank, but he's unable to negotiate passage beyond Alvarez. Moments later he's back in possession, but Mexico are first to the ball to see away with his cross.
15'
Mexico ramping up the pressure here as Jamaica struggle to push off their back foot. El Tri are looking especially in the mood tonight as they aim to successfully defend their Gold Cup title. This is arguably the sharpest they have looked in possession so far in this tournament.
13'
DOUBLE SAVE! Big chance at the other end now as Blake gets down to his right smartly to deny Duenas' attempt, before recovering and diving back to his left to stop Torres on the rebound!
11'
STAT: Jamaica have not won back-to-back games, excluding extra-time, in 25 attempts dating back to July 2015. They beat Canada in their last match.
9'
Corona is forced into making the first save of the match, but all eyes shift to midfield where Powell is down for Jamaica after succumbing to a challenge from Gutierrez. Jamaica are already without Lambert tonight, having played every minute of the tournament previously, so they can ill-afford to lose the highly rated Powell now.
7'
Jamaica are looking anything but sharp thus far. Defensively they have proven to be resolute in this tournament, but they've been second to almost every ball thus far, and the one time they have managed to attack, Francis completely missed the ball as he attempted to cross in, allowing it to run behind for a goal-kick.
5'
There's an excellent tempo to this match in the opening stages, with both sides keen to press the pace and get on the front foot. It was tedious viewing when these sides faced off in the group stage, but that doesn't figure to be the case tonight if the first five minutes are any indication.
3'
Mexico asserting themselves early on here, advancing the ball into attack and keeping it there. Elias Hernandez makes a strong run down the right as the threat increases, but Kemar Lawrence makes an important intervention to limit Mexico to a corner.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Jamaica in their yellow shirts as they get us underway, attacking right to left, with Mexico in their green.
Hello and welcome to live coverage from the famous Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California as Mexico and Jamaica do battle for a place in the Gold Cup final!
This match marks a rematch of the 2015 final in which Mexico cruised to a 3-1 victory. These sides met again in the group stage 10 days ago, which played out to a rather tedious scoreless draw, proving Jamaica have narrowed the gap on their CONCACAF foes.
Mexico got an early goal from Rodolfo Pizarro to edge out Honduras 1-0 in the quarter-final, while Jamaica were just able to fend off Canada’s comeback attempts in their quarter-final, winning 2-1 after leading 2-0 at the hour mark.
This is a very different looking Mexico team from that final win, of course, with many of their first-choice and European-based player not making the trip to USA because of their participation in the Confederations Cup last month, so the window of opportunity has been opened for Jamaica.
On form, this match really does appear to be evenly matched, while there is motivation aplenty for both sides. Mexico’s largely domestic-based squad are aiming to impress their manager to win a place in next summer’s World Cup, while Jamaica have never won the Gold Cup before, and will be hungry after getting their first taste of the final in 2015.
Juan Carlos Osorio makes just two changes from the quarter-final victory over Honduras, the fewest he's made from one match to the next in this tournament. It's the two Erick's who are brought into the side - Torres to lead the line and Gutierrez at left-back - with Angel Sepulveda and Jesus Gallardo dropping to the bench.
Theodore Whitmore makes just the one change to his side from the win against Canada, as the suspended Kevon Lambert is replaced by his Montego Bay United team-mate Ladale Richie.
In a replica of their first-half display in the group stage, the teams head scoreless into the interval. Mexico held the advantage in that first half, with Andre Blake producing a pair of excellent saves to deny Erick Torres, among some other work, while Jose de Jesus Corona has been sharp when called upon.
Jamaica pull the upset as they stun Mexico with Kemar Lawrence's sensational 88th-minute free-kick sends them back to the Gold Cup final! Lawrence will steal the headlines, but it was the remarkable play of Andre Blake that kept Mexico out and set up that late winner.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
