Another corner for West Ham - and another wonderful effort from Lloris to pick it out. Time is running out for the Hammers.
90' +1
Save by Lloris! Arnautovic can't believe it as he sees the Tottenham keeper save his close range strike following a lovely throughball from Hernandez. The follow-up corner is poor though and the visitors are - briefly - off the hook.
90'
Four added minutes are on the way for West Ham to snatch something.
89'
C. Eriksen enters the game and replaces M. Sissoko.
A welcome return for Eriksen now, for Spurs; he has been out for a month through injury, but he comes back into the action to replace Sissoko here.
86'
Fernando Llorente enters the game and replaces H. Kane.
Kane bows out for a rest now with Llorente the man to replace him for Spurs.
82'
This has been a wonderfully tight encounter but West Ham will certainly see it as one that got away if they fail to find at least a point, given the effort they have exerted in chasing this game during the second half.
80'
R. Snodgrass gets yellow.
Sissoko goes down from a late Snodgrass challenge off the ball and though play continues with the advantage, the referee comes back to book the Hammers man a moment later.
77'
Antonio makes a barnstorming run down the left wing but cannot get around Dembele and the Tottenham defence clear away any danger before it reaches their box.
76'
M. Dembélé enters the game and replaces É. Lamela.
Dembele is the first fresh face to arrive for Spurs, replacing Lamela with less than 15 minutes on the clock.
Minute
Description
74'
A set-piece chance following a foul on Kane 30 yards out allows Alderweireld a chance to latch onto a ball at the far post; it skips ahead of the defender however and West Ham get the goal-kick.
73'
M. Arnautović gets yellow.
Arnautovic is now shown a yellow card after he makes a crunching challenge on Trippier. The West Ham man is not happy with the call but his frustration won't change the referee's mind.
72'
M. Antonio enters the game and replaces M. Noble.
West Ham make their final change with Antonio on for Noble.
71'
Some tenacious attacking football from Hernandez rewards his side with another corner but Diop's header from the set-piece is sent wide at the far post.
66'
Back down the other end, another set-piece chance on the back of a foul allows Arnautovic to crack a second effort from the left edge of the box wide of the near post. Both teams are fired up right now.
65'
Sanchez! From a Trippier corner, the Spurs centre-back goes close at the left post. A second goal would likely put this game to bed for the visitors.
63'
Arnautovic now seeks a free-kick following a tackle by Sanchez on the edge of the box but none is forthcoming - and Lucas Moura then fluffs a chance for Spurs on the back of a counter-attack downfield, unable to wrestle a shot out of it.
59'
M. Noble gets yellow.
West Ham win a corner and Snodgrass fires it in, only for Lamela to pick it out and counter down the right. Noble crashes into him as he pursues and is booked for his foul.
57'
J. Hernández enters the game and replaces Felipe Anderson.
Felipe Anderson's game is over as West Ham replace him with Hernandez. It's been one to forget for the departing man.
55'
Play is resumed a moment later after Lucas Moura gets back to his feet and jogs off what appeared to be his highly painful injury. The West Ham faithful are less than impressed with his sudden recovery.
51'
Tottenham look to keep hold of the ball now as West Ham attempt to push them back deep at pace. It's been a sparky start from the hosts - but their latest attack after they pick the pockets of Spurs breaks down on the left wing when Felipe Anderson puts the ball down.
48'
What a save by Lloris! It's a sensational stop by the Spurs keeper as he leaps high to his left corner to push away a terrific Arnautovic header at close range.
46'
We're back underway in the second half at London Stadium and with no changes by either side, the line-ups remain the same as before the break.
45' +3
HALF-TIME: WEST HAM UNITED 0-1 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR
45'
There will be three added minutes of injury time as West Ham look to regain a foothold before the break.
44'
É. Lamela has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by M. Sissoko.
Sissoko's run was a lovely bit of individual skill out wide and his choice to play himself back downfield rather than cross close to the line paid off wonderfully there.
LAMELA GIVES SPURS THE LEAD! 1-0! With their first effort on target, Tottenham take hold of this London derby and haul themselves in front. It's another mishap for Felipe Anderson, whom Sissoko turns inside out as he goes down the right wing before cutting back on himself and lofting the low cross in for his team-mate to head home deftly past Fabianski. The visitors get their noses in front.
42'
Play resumes and Spurs come forward on the back of a free-kick conceded by Noble. Kane looks like he has a half-chance with a header and the ball then falls back to Davies; Rice whips it out for a throw-in.
40'
G. Diangana enters the game and replaces A. Yarmolenko.
There's going to be no further part for Yarmolenko in this game as he is stretchered off to applause; Diangana replaces him on the right wing with just under five minutes of the first half remaining.
36'
Spurs win themselves another corner but Trippier's delivery is no match for Fabianski who picks out the ball once more with practiced ease.
32'
Trippier flicks another cross in off the right wing but few of his fellow Spurs players get near it and Fabianski is as safe as houses underneath the high ball.
30'
Felipe Anderson isn't having the best of days as he is dislodged of possession three times in the space of a minute. West Ham's record signing has a lot to live up to but he's struggling so far in this game.
22'
Another corner for West Ham, and another poor delivery by Felipe Anderson. The crowd are rather irate with his efforts so far; Manuel Pellegrini might want to think about swapping out his set-piece expert.
20'
Dier flicks out the left leg at Cresswell as he tries to reclaim the ball and West Ham are handed a promising set-piece chance just under 25 yards out on the left flank.
19'
Trippier lofts a cross in seeking Kane only for Diop to pick it out instead and send the Hammers away on a counter-attack down the left wing via Cresswell. Zabaleta has now returned following a quick change of shorts.
16'
West Ham are briefly down a man as Zabaleta undergoes running repairs for what looked to be an accidental elbow to the face during a high challenge for the ball.
14'
Consecutive corners for West Ham are delivered flat and low by Felipe Anderson on the back of a Yarmolenko cross in from the right and Spurs are left relatively untested by the hosts.
12'
Spurs thread another promising attack together but the final pass through to Winks on the right catches him offside, giving the Hammers the free-kick.
11'
The set-piece comes straight to Fabianski who punches clear and West Ham have a little breathing space.
9'
Snodgrass breaks down the left and clips a cross in that Arnautovic arrives too late for, allowing Lloris to stake a claim and clean up.
8'
A neat throughball from Lamela tumbles into the West Ham box; Fabianski is alert to it though and sweeps it up before any other players can chase it down.
6'
Lucas Moura concedes a foul within his own half after bringing down Noble. From the free-kick, Arnautovic goes near to finding the ball in the box but the Spurs defence cleans up smartly to deny him the chance.
2'
Lamela cuts a diagonal path from right to left across the field and sticks a shot into the side netting of the Hammers goal under pressure. The first sniff of a chance goes the way of the visitors.

We are underway in this 2018-19 Premier League clash between West Ham and Tottenham!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the 2018-19 Premier League as West Ham United host Tottenham Hotspur at London Stadium.
WEST HAM UNITED (4-2-3-1): Lukasz Fabianski; Pablo Zabaleta, Fabian Balbuena, Issa Diop, Aaron Cresswell; Mark Noble, Declan Rice; Andriy Yarmolenko, Felipe Anderson, Robert Snodgrass; Marko Arnautovic.
Subs: Javier Hernandez, Michail Antonio, Adrian, Arthur Masuaku, Grady Diangana, Ryan Fredericks, Angelo Ogbonna.
TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR (4-2-3-1): Hugo Lloris; Kieran Trippier, Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez, Ben Davies; Eric Dier, Harry Winks; Moussa Sissoko, Erik Lamela, Lucas Moura; Harry Kane.
West Ham's defence will have obviously marked out England skipper Harry Kane as their biggest threat; the Spurs forward has scored seven goals in as many games against them and will be looking to add to his tally once more at the front of the visitors' attack.
London Stadium remains a complicated place for both teams in terms of form; West Ham haven't won consecutive league home games at the venue since December 2016, while Spurs are looking to win consecutive away league encounters against the Hammers for the first time in almost a decade, having last achieved the feat in August 2009.
The teams are out at London Stadium and we're moments away from kick-off.
Hammers manager Manuel Pellegrini will be looking for his side to deliver a result more akin to their 3-1 thrashing of Manchester United rather than their drab 1-0 loss to Brighton and Hove Albion last time out - and in Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs, they face the team they have won more Premier League encounters against than anyone else. Will they be able to add another to their victory tally today?
Subs: Christian Eriksen, Serge Aurier, Kyle Walker-Peters, Son Heung-min, Mousa Dembele, Paulo Gazzaniga, Fernando Llorente.
Erik Lamela - and Tottenham's - first shot on target proved to be all the visitors needed to take the lead at London Stadium in this Premier League encounter, in a first half otherwise overshadowed by a nasty injury to Andriy Yarmolenko. The hosts will be frustrated to have conceded late on - and with star signing Felipe Anderson misfiring today, they may need to seek a switch-up sooner rather than later. At half-time, it's West Ham United 0-1 Tottenham Hotspur.
Manuel Pellegrini will hope that his medical team can stem the flow of blood still trickling down Pablo Zabaleta's face before play resumes for the second half; the Argentine has been one of his side's best performers so far.
West Ham may be down on their luck but that could be about to change; they only face Big Six opposition once in their next 12 games, with a trip to Leicester City next up on the agenda. As for Spurs, they return to Champions League action on Wednesday when they face PSV Eindhoven.
Until then however, thank you for joining us - and have a good weekend!
