Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Premier League clash between Liverpool and Cardiff, where the hosts are looking to extend their unbeaten run in the league this season to 10 matches.
Jurgen Klopp's side have barely put a foot wrong this season and come move top of the league, albeit perhaps only temporarily, with a victory against the Bluebirds. The visitors know they will be for a tough task but confidence will have increased following victory over Fulham last weekend - their first win of the campaign.
Liverpool subs: Simon Mignolet, Xherdan Shaqiri, Daniel Sturridge, Joel Matip, Joe Gomez, Andrew Robertson, James Milner.
Liverpool XI (4-3-3): Alisson; Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dejan Lovren, Virgil van Dijk, Alberto Moreno; Georginio Wijnaldum, Fabinho, Adam Lallana; Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane.
Cardiff XI (4-4-1-1): Neil Etheridge; Bruno Ecuele Manga, Sean Morrison, Sol Bamba, Joel Bennett; Junior Holiett, Victor Camarasa, Aron Gunnarsson, Josh Murphy; Bobby Reid; Callum Paterson.
Cardiff subs: Alex Smithies, Gary Madine, Loic Damour, Matthew Connolly, Kenneth Zohore, Greg Cunningham, Kadeem Harris.
The two teams are heading onto the field ahead of the start of the action.
It has been easy for Liverpool so far as Klopp's side dominate proceedings but their huge advantage is yet to be reflected in the scoreline, as Salah's short-range effort is the difference at the break. Since then, Cardiff have done well to keep the Reds at bay although Moreno almost doubled the Reds' advantage moments before the whistle was blown.
So far, so good for Liverpool but Klopp will want his side to extend their advantage to erase any chance of a fightback from the visitors. Warnock will want his side to be more effective moving forward as the few moves that have seen Cardiff venture into the Reds' half have been wasted.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye.
It is now 10 games undefeated at the start of the Premier League season for Liverpool, who rise to the top of the table with Manchester City facing Tottenham on Monday. Klopp's side will face a tougher test next time out away at Arsenal, while Cardiff will hope to bounce back when they host Leicester.
