Inglese, whose job since coming on has simply been to win fouls and buy his side time, again goes down on the left-hand side, earning a free-kick for the visitors. There can only be one minute left here as Milan remain in search of a winner.
90' +3
The hosts earn another corner on the left-hand side but Calhanoglu is either selfish or just gets the cross wrong as it travels straight into the hands of Sepe.
90' +1
T. Hernández has scored a goal for AC Milan!
GOALLL!! 2-2! Rebic is found in the area by Calabria’s drilled cross but his initial effort is saved by the feet of Sepe. The rebound cannons out to Hernandez, who from the edge of the area, drives a low left-footed effort into the bottom right corner as Sepe can only stand there powerless to stopping the Frenchman grab his second of the game.
90'
The visitors enjoy possession for a couple of minutes but only have one thing on their mind as Sohm heads towards the corner. Milan eventually regain possession but Calabria is fouled to stop the hosts from counter-attacking quickly.
88'
Calabria rather theatrically throws himself to the floor after being caught by Gervinho. The hosts take the subsuquent free-kick short before Rebic's left-footed cross is claimed by Sepe, who falls to the floor to waste some more precious seconds.
87'
M. Busi enters the game and replaces Hernani.
Calhanoglu, just like he did for Hernandez's goal, sends an outswinging cross towards the penalty spot. However, on this occasion, Kalulu heads well over the target after climbing the highest.
Hernani, who has scored and assisted one here, is brought off and replaced by Busi as Parma look to see out the closing stages of this game.
86'
Cyprien is sent chasing after an Iaoponi pass wide on the right but his efforts are wasted as Hernandez intervenes. Leao is then released down the right-hand side and Alves is forced into blocking behind for a corner to the hosts.
84'
Kessie rather optimistically cuts in on his right foot and skews a shot wide of Sepe's goal from 25 yards out. That was both needless and wasteful from the Milan midfielder as the game approaches its conclusion.
83'
P. Kalulu gets yellow.
For the second time in as many minutes, Inglese invites Kalulu to foul him and he duly obliges. This time, the referee deems the late tackle on the right-hand side to be enough to earn the centre-back a place in the book.
Minute
Description
82'
Tonali sprays a pass out to Calabria, who crosses towards Rebic but, as has been the case all game, Parma stand firm to head away. Inglese then does excellently for his side, drawing Kalulu into fouling him inside the visitors' half.
80'
D. Calabria gets yellow.
Calabria is cautioned for his foul on Sohm near the edge of the area, after the substitute had coasted around him.
The visitors enjoy a minute or so of sustained pressure before Calabria is forced into fouling Sohm to the left of the area. Gervinho and Sohm keep persisting down the left-hand side but their colleagues will be more worried about defending than supporting them in attack now.
76'
R. Inglese gets yellow.
Captain Alves again steps up to the plate, this time flicking a header behind for a corner. Initially, Hernandez had reached the byline before his left-footed cross seemed destined for the head of Leao inside the area, until Parma's centre-back stepped in.
After the referee had played advantage, he comes back and books Inglese for a late tackle on Calabria near the right-hand touchline.
75'
S. Tonali enters the game and replaces I. Bennacer.
Tonali comes on in a like-for-like swap for Bennacer, who had just hobbled off holding his hamstring.
74'
S. Sohm enters the game and replaces J. Kurtič.
Hauge has tons of room on the left-hand side and Bennacer duly obliges in finding the substitute. Rebic is then rolled in down the left and heads towards the byline, before steering a poor left-footed cross out for a goal-kick at Sepe's near post.
The scorer of the second goal, Kurtic, is Parma's next substitute as he comes off for Sohm.
73'
Kessie and Calhanoglu are on different wavelengths outside the area as the latter directs a pass way wide of the former. Bennacer then lets fly with a hopeful left-footed effort from 30 yards, which is blocked before it can reach Sepe.
71'
Hauge is careless in possession as Brugman dispossesses the substitute in the middle of the park. Brugman then advances and looks to launch a counter-attack, however, his final pass towards Gervinho is just overhit and Donnarumma sweeps up the danger.
69'
Rebic, who cuts a frustrated figure out in the middle of the pitch, needlessly fouls Hernani to offer the visitors another minute or so of respite as they look to thwart Milan's attempts at finding an equaliser.
67'
R. Inglese enters the game and replaces A. Cornelius.
W. Cyprien enters the game and replaces Y. Karamoh.
The visitors make a double change and the second sees Karamoh replaced by Cyprien on the right-hand side.
Cornelius, who has worked hard up top for not much reward, is brought off for Inglese.
65'
Calhanoglu whips another right-footed free-kick over the wall from the left of the area but this one goes straight into the grasp of Sepe in Parma's goal.
64'
S. Iacoponi gets yellow.
Hernandez attacks from the left, cutting in between Karamoh and Iacoponi on the edge of the area. In order to stop Milan's left-back, Iacoponi clips the Frenchman's heels and is rightfully booked by the referee.
63'
Gagliolo fakes to take a long throw-in before finding Gervinho's feet. Parma then work the ball backwards before Osorio's pass towards the left-hand side is waywards and races out of play.
62'
The visitors' wingers are dropping deeper and deeper as Milan's full-backs push on and it only appears a matter of time before Pioli's men create another chance. This time, Rebic is far too greedy as he attempts to unleash a right-footed effort from 25 yards out, which Osorio blocks.
58'
T. Hernández has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by H. Çalhanoğlu.
A right-footed corner from Calhanoglu onto the head of Hernandez gets Pioli's side back in the game.
GOALLL!! 2-1 MILAN! Calhanoglu delivers an outswinging corner from the right-hand side towards the centre of the box. Hernandez climbs the highest between two Parma defenders to steer a header past Sepe, who gets a hand to the full-back's effort but cannot stop it from going in.
56'
J. Kurtič has scored a goal for Parma! Assist by Hernani.
Calabria turns Gagliolo inside and out but the left-back does well to intervene before clearing long towards Gervinho. The Ivory Coast forward then shows his experience to buy a foul off Leao wide on the left-hand side.
Hernani looks for Cornelius in the area but his cross evades the striker, finding Kurtic at the back post, who heads past Donnarumma to double Parma's lead.
GOALLL!! 2-0 PARMA! Against the run of play, Parma double their lead through the head of Kurtic. Hernani had done well down the right before delivering an outswinging cross towards Kurtic, who got between Kalulu and Romagnoli, before beating Donnarumma with his powerful downward header. The goalkeeper did get a hand to the effort but could not claw it away from going in the back of the net.
54'
Hernandez exchanges passes with Hauge, reaching the left of the area before drilling a left-footed shot across goal, which is turned away for another corner to the hosts.
50'
One substitute looks for the other as Leao launches a diagonal pass for Hauge, which Iacponi intercepts. The hosts then manipulate possession from side to side before Leao crosses towards Kessie, whose header is deflected behind for a corner.
48'
Hauge's first involvement sees him foul Brugman, which allows Liverani's men a chance to get a grip of possession before playing long towards Cornelius.
47'
Calabria nearly gifts Parma a second just minutes into the second half, however, Donnarumma displays remarkable feet to chop the ball around Karamoh, under pressure inside Milan's area.
46'
J. Hauge enters the game and replaces Brahim Díaz.
Rafael Leão enters the game and replaces Samu Castillejo.
Diaz, who hit the post in the first half and looked generally productive, is the second half-time change as Hauge comes on in his place.
Both sets of players are back on the pitch and referee Fourneau gets the second half underway!
Pioli is not hanging about and makes a double change at half-time. The first of which sees fit-again Leao replace Castillejo, whose goal was disallowed in the first half.
45' +3
HALF-TIME: MILAN 0-1 PARMA
45' +2
Calhanoglu winds up to shoot on his left foot from 25 yards out but then insteads opts to tee up Bennacer, who skews a left-footed effort well wide of Sepe's goal from outside of the area.
45'
Diaz goes coasting past two or three Parma players before being fouled 30 yards from goal. Three Milan players stand over the resulting free-kick, but there is only man ever going ot take it and that is Calhanoglu.
43'
Castillejo is rolling around on the floor after being fouled for the second time in quick succession by Gagliolo. After some theatrics, Castillejo returns to his feet and the hosts get on with searching for an equaliser.
41'
Y. Osorio gets yellow.
Osorio immediately has his hands in the air after fouling Calhanoglu, however, his apologies do not matter as the referee books the centre-back for his late sliding tackle.
39'
Gagliolo is far too enthusiastic as he fouls Castillejo near the right-hand touchline. Calhanoglu stalls over the free-kick before delivering towards the front post, where Cornelius heads clear for a corner to the hosts.
37'
Rebic looks to be through on goal, cutting in on his right foot before Alves intervenes to block the shot before it can reach Sepe. Castillejo then cuts in from the right-hand side but his left-footed effort is wayward and nowhere near the target.
35'
T. Hernández gets yellow.
Hernandez clatters into Cornelius near the left-hand touchline and rightly receives the first booking of the game.
32'
Rebic has acres of space down the left-hand side but his left-footed cross is then wasteful and straight into the grateful hands of Sepe.
30'
Kessie races onto Calabria's driven pass, reaching the byline before looking for Diaz in the area. However, as has been the case all game, Alves slides in to intercept before the hosts can profit.
28'
Hernani has his arms in the air after being fouled by Bennacer in the middle of the park, whether he is unhappy with the tackle or lack of caution from the referee is unclear. Nevertheless, the free-kick will allow his side some respite as the game approaches thirty minutes.
27'
Alves is called upon once more, this time at the front post to turn away Castillejo's attempts at crossing from the right. The hosts do earn a corner for Castillejo's efforts, which Calhanoglu takes but that gets headed away by Parma's resolute defence.
23'
Donnarumma tries to launch a counter-attack as he sprays a throw out towards Calabria, who then looks long for the run of Diaz. However, the move is far too rushed and Parma regroup in numbers to clear down the pitch.
21'
Osorio is over confident in possession at the back and Diaz nearly punishes the centre-back's mistake. After dispossessing the Parma defender, Diaz looks to find Rebic in the box but his pass is slightly behind the striker which allows Alves to intervene.
20'
A Calhanoglu corner travels straight into the hands of Sepe before Parma appear content to manipulate possession from side to side. The visitors then break through Gervinho on the right before Karamoh heads well wide of the target from near the front post.
18'
The hosts persist down the left-hand side as Calhanoglu and Hernandez attempt to combine. This time, the pair are forced into playing all the way backwards as they remain patient in looking for an opening.
15'
Milan look to instantly respond through Rebic, who attempts to get on the end of Hernandez's long pass into the area before being flagged for offside.
13'
Hernani has scored a goal for Parma! Assist by Y. Gervinho.
Gervinho gets at his man on the left-hand side before drilling a left-footed pass towards Hernani, who grabs the first goal from near the penalty spot.
GOALLLL!! 1-0 PARMA! Hernani opens the scoring with an assured right-footed finish into the top right corner from near the penalty spot. Initially, Gervinho had done well to square up Kalulu, getting to the byline, before cutting the ball back to the incoming Hernani in the area.
11'
Gervinho has the opportunity to run at Calabria, however, opts to play backwards to Kurtic, whose cross is then comfortably deal with at the front post by substitute Kalulu.
9'
Calhanoglu plays the corner short to Bennacer but somehow Milan end up working the ball all the way back to the halfway line and the chance to attack from the set-piece fades away.
8'
Bennacer feeds Hernandez, who beats Karamoh with relative ease before winning the first corner of the game for the hosts on the left. The Milan left-back then remains down for a short while before being hauled to his feet by Kessie.
6'
Iacoponi's clearance is poor and falls to the feet of Rebic on the left. The Croatian then swings in a low right-footed cross towards the back post looking for Castillejo but, luckily for the visitors, it evades the Milan winger and trickles out of play.
5'
P. Kalulu enters the game and replaces M. Gabbia.
Gabbia's game comes to an early finish as he limps off after five minutes. Kalulu is the man chosen to come on by Pioli and partner Romagnoli in defence.
2'
Karamoh has the first effort of the game as he volleys well wide of the target with his right foot from 25 yards out. Even if it was on target, that sort of shot is never going to trouble a goalkeeper like Donnarumma.
1'
Referee Francesco Fourneau blows his whistle to get this Serie A fixture underway!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Serie A fixture between Milan and Parma.
The hosts sit top of Italy’s top flight and most recently were 2-1 victors away at Sampdoria. Milan were also in midweek Europa League action, as they defeated Sparta Prague 1-0. Their visitors here are down in 15th and were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw with Benevento last time out.
MILAN (4-2-3-1): Gianluigi Donnarumma; Davide Calabria, Matteo Gabbia, Alessio Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Franck Kessie, Ismael Bennacer; Samu Castillejo, Hakan Calhanoglu, Brahim Diaz; Ante Rebic.
SUBS: Rafael Leao, Ciprian Tatarusanu, Leo Duarte, Pierre Kalulu Kyatengwa, Andrea Conti, Daniel Maldini, Rade Krunic, Sandro Tonali, Antonio Donnarumma, Diogo Dalot, Lorenzo Colombo, Jens Hauge.
PARMA (4-3-3): Luigi Sepe, Riccardo Gagliolo, Bruno Alves, Yordan Osorio, Simone Iacoponi; Jasmin Kurtic, Hernani, Gaston Brugman; Gervinho, Andreas Cornelius, Yann Karamoh.
SUBS: Roberto Inglese, Lautaro Valenti, Drissa Camara, Simone Colombi, Giuseppe Pezzella, Botond Balogh, Juan Brunetta, Wylan Cyprien, Simon Sohm, Matteo Scozzarella, Hans Nicolussi Caviglia, Maxime Busi.
The players are making their way onto the pitch and shortly kick-off will be upon us.
Diaz and Calhanoglu have both rattled the visitors' posts but apart from their efforts, this Milan side have performed relatively disappointingly in the first half. In the next 45, the hosts will obviously chase the game as they look to preserve their perfect top-flight record and Pioli may look to the likes of Leao or Hauge off the bench to change their fortunes.
That is all from this Serie A fixture, until next time!
Milan sit three points clear of Inter at the top of the table and next will face a trip to Genoa as they look to maintain their unbeaten record. For Parma, who battled hard to earn a point here, they next host Cagliari.
