Agu gets inside of Davies, however, the pass fails to find him and the visitors look to counter-attack. Musiala squares up Toprak inside the area before winning a corner as this Bundesliga fixture nears its close.
90' +1
The Bayern defenders are having a fairly vocal discussion about their recent defending as Bremen nearly once again sneak in. This time Sargent and Fullkrug exchanged passes in the right-hand channel before the latter saw his shot blocked behind for a corner.
90'
Muller pulls back for Sarr at the near post but the substitute can only head high and wide of Pavlenka's goal. However, it wouldn't have counted as the assistant has his flag up for offside against Muller initially.
89'
E. Dinkçi enters the game and replaces L. Augustinsson.
Dinkci gets to play the final few minutes as Kohfeldt sends him on for Augustinsson.
87'
Choupo-Moting wins a corner for his side on the right-hand side, courtesy of a deflection off Augustinsson in the middle. Roca delivers to the near post but Bremen stand firm to head clear as this game approaches its ending.
85'
N. Füllkrug has scored a goal for Werder Bremen!
GOALLLL!! BREMEN PULL ONE BACK TO MAKE IT 3-1! Sarr plays every single attacker onside and Rashica races through on goal after Sargent's throughball from inside his own half. Neuer saves the initial effort but parries straight to the feet of Fullkrug who taps-in to an open goal from inside the area. Neuer appears annoyed with himself as he feels he should have done better with the first effort.
84'
B. Sarr enters the game and replaces A. Davies.
Davies is Flick's next change as he comes off for Sarr.
83'
The hosts win a rare corner on the right-hand side, which Augustinsson delivers towards the near post but Boateng clears easily. Sane considers leading the counter-attacking charge before realising he doesn't have much support and so he plays backwards to Davies.
81'
Bittencourt has a few choice words for referee Grafe after challenges were flying in all around the pitch. Grafe calms the substitute midfielder down before allowing play to resume with a free-kick to the visitors.

Description
79'
Marc Roca enters the game and replaces J. Kimmich.
E. Choupo-Moting enters the game and replaces R. Lewandowski.
J. Musiala enters the game and replaces K. Coman.
L. Sané enters the game and replaces S. Gnabry.
Musiala also comes on for Coman on the left-hand side.
Choupo-Moting comes on for Lewandowski, who scored the third goal but he could have arguably had a hat-trick here if it wasn't for the post.
Sane gets an opportunity in the last 10 minutes, coming on for Gnabry, who scored Bayern's second goal here.
Finally, as part of Flick's quadruple substitution, Roca comes on in the middle for Kimmich.
76'
M. Veljković enters the game and replaces K. Möhwald.
Kohfeldt's fourth change sees him introduce Veljkovic in place of Mohwald.
75'
Pavard crosses from deep towards the front post, where Lewandowski throws himself at the ball in an attempt to make a connection to turn it past Pavlenka. In the end, Lewandowski fails to get the vital touch and Pavlenka watches it race out for a goal-kick.
74'
Sane looks like he is being readied to come on on the touchline, not exactly what Kohfeldt and his side will want to see as they are struggling at 3-0 down. Coman, perhaps aware of the potential substitution, goes on a mazy run into the area but his progress falters as Toprak tackles firmly.
72'
Lewandowski has time and space inside the area after Kimmich's pass over the top but the Pole fails to spin and shoot towards Pavlenka's goal. Flick throws his arms in the air in frustration and perhaps finds himself surprised that Lewandowski has actually missed a chance for once.
70'
J. Sargent gets yellow.
Sargent lunges into a slide tackle, catching Kimmich late on the ankle and unsurprisingly the American becomes the first name in referee Grafe's book.
67'
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich!
GOOOALLLL!! 3-0 BAYERN! Lewandowski finally beats Pavlenka with the simplest of tap-ins inside the six-yard area. Initially, Kimmich’s corner smashed into the head of Goretzka and fell to the feet of the Polish striker, via a deflection off the knee of Augustinsson. VAR has a quick check for handball against Goretzka before confirming the goal can stand.
65'
The ball just won't fall for Muller as he tries to drill a left-footed strike past Pavlenka to the left of goal after Lewandowski's pass over the top. However, none of that would have counted, as the assistant on the far side has their flag up for offside against the German.
64'
The third part of Kohfeldt's triple change sees Bittencourt replace Schmid.
63'
N. Füllkrug enters the game and replaces M. Eggestein.
L. Bittencourt enters the game and replaces R. Schmid.
F. Agu enters the game and replaces T. Gebre Selassie.
Kohfeldt isn't hanging about as he makes a triple change. Agu is the first man on the pitch, replacing right wing-back Gebre Selassie.
At the same time as Agu's introduction, Fullkrug replaces Eggestein in the middle.
62'
The pressure is building on the hosts after their good start to the second half. Bayern are reasserting their first-half dominance, with Gnabry and Coman making runs in behind that Gebre Selassie and Augustinsson just can't seem to stop. For now, however, Bremen remain two goals down and still, if only minimally, they are in this game.
60'
Lewandowski tries to tee up Muller this time as he brings down a long pass into the area. Augustinsson and Schmid, however, race back to do their defensive duties and manage to clear for a corner to the visitors.
55'
Bremen nearly have a chance of their own at the back post but Schmid can't sort his feet out quickly enough and Davies intervenes before Neuer has to be called upon. This game has become more of an end-to-end affair in the second half so far.
53'
Sargent looks to be through on goal as he races over the halfway line to latch onto Schmid's throughball. The American, however, has the pace of Davies to contend with and the left-back does incredibly well to recover before Sargent can have a go at Neuer's goal.
51'
The hosts have started this half with greater intent as they keep knocking possession about with confidence. While they have nothing to show for their hard work as of yet, Kohfeldt will be pleased his side haven't just rolled over after the interval.
49'
Sargent, for the first time this game, gets the opportunity to run at Bayern's defence and the American has Hernandez scrambling. Unfortunately for the home side, Sargent's attempted cross then gets blocked and trickles through to the hands of Neuer.
48'
Gebre Selassie drills a pass into the feet of Schmid, who ignores the run of Sargent on the left and instead shoots from range. Unsurprisingly, Boateng gets in the way to block the effort before it can test Neuer.
47'
Coman tries to slide through a delicate pass for Gnabry into the area but the Frenchman gets the angle slightly wrong as it races through to Pavlenka. With the space opening up in front of him, Coman could have perhaps had a shot himself there.
46'
Both sides have returned after half-time and referee Grafe gets the second half underway!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: WERDER BREMEN 0-2 BAYERN MUNICH
45'
Rashica's pace nearly puts Boateng under pressure but the centre-back coolly plays back to Neuer, despite the forward's presence just behind him in the left-hand channel. There will also be just the one minute of added time in this Bundesliga fixture.
43'
Werder break through the visitors' press efficiently, resulting in Augustinsson finding acres of space on the left-hand side. The left-back then reaches the byline, powering a cross across goal but Gebre Selassie can't get on the end of it at the far post and it goes out for a throw-in.
41'
A rare venture forward for the hosts comes as Augustinsson looks to arrow a cross towards Sargent at the back post. However, the delivery is fairly wayward and it is easy for Davies to deal with as he heads clear to the right-hand side.
39'
The home side need the half-time whistle before Bayern do any further damage. The hosts can't escape their own half, camping on the edge of their own area and watching Kimmich dictate play through the middle of the park. Eggestein then earns Bremen some rare respite, going down under the challenge of Goretzka and winning the free-kick.
35'
S. Gnabry has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by T. Müller.
GOOOOALLLL! 2-0 BAYERN! Some intricate passing in and around Bremen’s area sees Muller bring down Kimmich’s pass and feed through Gnabry to the left of goal. Gnabry makes no mistakes this time, drilling a low right-footed strike past Pavlenka and into the far corner to double the visitors’ lead.
Another assist for Muller comes as he slides in Gnabry, who, from the left-hand side of the area, smartly finishes past Pavlenka to make it 2-0.
32'
Coman pounces on Augustinsson's poor pass on the right-hand side, racing down the touchline and crossing towards Lewandowski in the area. Muller ends up getting on the end of it, even if he wasn't the intended target, but he fails to make a good connection with his header and the loose ball trickles away from goal.
31'
Strangely, after scoring from delivering into the area, Kimmich opts to take the corner short, rolling out to Davies, whose cross then doesn't beat the first man. The hosts try to break but Bayern nullify their threat, intervening before Sargent can even cross the halfway line.
30'
Muller and Gnabry exchange passes on the left-hand side, with the former seeing his cross deflected out for a corner. Kimmich wanders over to take it, will the visitors repeat the set-piece which gave them the lead from the same position?
29'
Augustinsson loses out once more to Coman, who opts to sensibly play backwards to Boateng. With five or six red shirts waiting for the cross into the area, Kimmich gives away the ball but the chance for Bremen to counter-attack fades away as Boateng commits a smart foul on the halfway line.
27'
The home side just about escape as Toprak throws himself in front of Muller's shot before it can trouble Pavlenka. Initially, Davies had speeded down the left-hand side, reaching the byline before cutting back for Muller inside the area.
25'
Goretzka looks to return the favour to Muller, finding the German inside the area after some good work through the middle. With a chance to shoot from the centre of the area, Muller rushes his strike and scuffs it over the bar - much to the frustration of Lewandowski, who felt he was perhaps a better option to the right of goal.
22'
L. Goretzka has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by T. Müller.
Muller gets the slightest of touches on Kimmich's corner at the front post, heading towards the far post, where Goretzka sneaks in to open the scoring.
GOOOOOALLLLL!!! 1-0 BAYERN! Kimmich whips an in swinging corner to the near post, where Muller wins the first header, flicking towards the back post. Goretzka finds himself unmarked, latching onto Muller’s initial header to power his own header into the top right corner past Pavlenka. Toprak and Sargent seem to be arguing about whose man it was but nevertheless Bayern lead.
21'
Coman takes down Davies' cross at the far post, coasting past Augustinsson to shoot with his left foot. Fortunately for the left-back, who had been caught out of position, Moisander manages to block the Frenchman's strike out for the first corner of the game.
18'
Sargent finds some rare space, playing out to the left for Augustinsson to cross. The left-back then looks for his American team-mate at the back post but Hernandez comfortably rises the highest to intervene before the Bremen forward can challenge Neuer.
16'
Lewandowski tries to become the provider, drifting to the left to cross in for Muller in the six-yard area. Toprak and Moisander, as has been the case for the opening 15 minutes, stand firm to deal with the delivery before the visitors regain possession.
13'
Pavard goes in search of Gnabry, who has sneaked in at the far post, but the French right-back's delivery is poor and Toprak heads clear. Pavard then attempts to repeat the pass, once again looking for his team-mate on the left-hand side, and the same outcome occurs as Toprak heads away.
12'
The hosts have stamped their authority on this game in the last few minutes, knocking the ball about and around Bayern with relative ease. The visitors, however, then do recover possession as Eggestein plays a wasteful pass through the middle.
9'
Coman runs onto Kimmich's throughball and the Frenchman then looks for Lewandowski at the front post. Moisander and Gross are aware of the danger, combining inside the area to remove the opportunity before the Polish striker can capitalise.
8'
Goretzka is the next Bayern man to go down clutching his face after being caught by Augustinsson's arm. As was the case with Lewandowski, Goretzka returns to action without requiring any medical treatment.
6'
The first shot of the game comes as Augustinsson ignores passing options in the middle, instead opting to ghost inside and drill a tame effort into the hands of Neuer. It is going to take a lot more than that to beat the German goalkeeper.
5'
The away side press high but Bremen play through them with real confidence. Due to the visitors committing numbers forward, when the hosts do break the press they have multiple attacking options in front of them. Unfortunately, Rashica wastes the opportunity as he whips a pass over the head of Schmid and out for a goal-kick.
3'
Rashica races down the left-hand side, cutting in to curl a cross towards the back post. Sargent, who has scored three goals in his last three games, awaits the cross but Davies steps in front of him to clear before the American can pounce.
2'
Lewandowski gets caught by a stray Toprak arm in the face and the Polish striker takes a while to get back to his feet. When the Bayern forward eventually recovers, without requiring medical attention, play resumes with Hernandez taking a short free-kick.

Referee Manuel Grafe blows his whistle to get this Bundesliga fixture underway!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Bundesliga fixture between Werder Bremen and Bayern Munich.
After an impressive comeback in Der Klassiker to defeat Borussia Dortmund 4-2, Bayern sit two points clear of RB Leipzig at the top of the Bundesliga. Bremen, who most recently drew 1-1 with FC Koln, are 12th in the German top-flight, virtually securing their survival in recent weeks as they have collected seven points from their last three league games.
WERDER BREMEN (3-4-2-1): Jiri Pavlenka; Christian Gross, Niklas Moisander, Omer Toprak; Theodor Gebre Selassie, Maximilian Eggestein, Kevin Mohwald, Ludwig Augustinsson; Milot Rashica, Romano Schmid; Josh Sargent.
SUBS: Felix Agu, Jean-Manuel Mbom, Niclas Fullkrug, Leonardo Bittencourt, Davie Selke, Eren Sami Dinkci, Eduardo dos Santos Haesler, Yuya Osaka, Milos Veljkovic.
BAYERN MUNICH (4-2-3-1): Manuel Neuer; Benjamin Pavard, Jerome Boateng, Lucas Hernandez, Alphonso Davies; Leon Goretzka, Joshua Kimmich; Serge Gnabry, Thomas Muller, Kingsley Coman; Robert Lewandowski.
SUBS: Leroy Sane, Alexander Nubel, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Jamal Musiala, Marc Roca, Niklas Sule, Javi Martinez, Bouna Sarr, Tiago Dantas.
The players are wandering out and shortly it will be time for kick-off.
After crushing Lazio 4-1 in the Champions League, it may not be necessary for Flick to rest any of his stars before their midweek second-leg clash. However, if Bayern do call upon their bench, they could inflict further damage through the likes of Sane. Kohfeldt will be frustrated with his side's first-half performance as they barely got near to the visitors, so he may utilise Bittencourt off the bench to give the home side some extra legs in the middle.
That is all from this Bundesliga fixture, until next time!
Flick's men next host Lazio in the second leg of the Champions League last-16 after cruising past the Italian side in the first leg with a 4-1 victory. Bayern then return to Bundesliga action, hosting Stuggart as they continue to hold off the charges of second-placed RB Leipzig. For Bremen, who have virtually secured their top-flight survival already, they next face Wolfsburg at home.
