FULL-TIME AFTER EXTRA-TIME: DINAMO ZAGREB 3-2 TOTTENHAM (3-2 ON AGGREGATE)
120'
Gavranovic needlessly fouls Ndombele and Spurs have the chance to cross. They play short and Reguilon gets the cross all wrong which allows the hosts to clear long. Mourinho's men then go long once more but Dier gives away a careless free-kick in the air and that could be this Europa League tie over.
119'
Atiemwen fakes one way then the other, trying to cross towards Gavranovic at the far post but Sanchez climb highest to head away. The substitute, perhaps not thinking of the game situation, should surely have ran to the corner flag with the ball then.
118'
D. Perić enters the game and replaces A. Ademi.
Ademi slowly makes his way off and Peric is the man to eventually replace him.
114'
There is carnage inside the Dinamo area but no Spurs player can find a way through. Vinicius at first fails to find space, Bale then doesn't manage to shoot and Bergwijn whips his right-footed effort well wide of Livakovic's goal from outside the area.
112'
Bergwijn thinks he has won a corner for his side but the referee disagrees, pointing for a goal-kick, much to the annoyance of Mourinho on the touchline. Spurs appear concerned and rightly so, they have eight minutes to find a crucial away goal.
111'
Dier gets his legs in a tangle and he is forced into hooking a clearance behind for a corner. The hosts, who appear to be a completely different side from the first leg and even the first half of this tie, are closing in on a famous comeback victory over Spurs.
108'
S. Bergwijn enters the game and replaces S. Aurier.
Mourinho has no option but to send on Bergwijn in order to chase this game. He replaces Aurier.
106'
M. Oršić has scored a goal for Dinamo Zagreb! Assist by L. Ivanušec.
Referee Massa gets the final 15 minutes of this Europa League last-16 clash underway!
GOOOOOOALLLLLL!! 3-0 DINAMO! Orsic receives the ball on the left-hand touchline, cutting in past multiple Spurs players and reaching the edge of the D. He then ignores the passing options, shooting with his right foot into the bottom left corner. Dinamo lead 3-2 on aggregate and understandably, the hat-trick hero has caused chaos amongst his team-mates and substitutes on the bench celebrating.
Ivanusec claims the assist but Orsic does all the hard work, finding space out wide before drifing inside and slamming past Lloris.
105'
HALF-TIME IN EXTRA-TIME: DINAMO ZAGREB 2-0 TOTTENHAM (2-2 ON AGGREGATE)
Minute
Description
104'
Lo Celso goes roaming, reaching the byline in the right-hand channel and tries to cross towards the back post. Leovac, however, does his best to block the initial ball in. Davies then cuts back for Vinicius but the Brazilian's shot gets blocked by the feet of Lauritsen.
102'
Orsic, who single-handedly brought the Croatians back into this game, loses his legs as he attempts to latch onto Ademi's pass. Spurs manage to regain possession and knock the ball from side to side in an attempt to carve an attacking opportunity.
100'
A lovely turn by Ademi nearly creates an opportunity for the hosts but the midfielder's second pass is poor. Lo Celso then buys the visitors some time up the pitch as he wins a cheap free-kick on the right-hand touchline.
98'
Lo Celso has time to get his head up in the area but Lauritsen makes his way back to poke away from the Argentinian before he can try and find Kane at the back post. This game has become a real end-to-end affair in extra-time.
94'
Aurier takes an age in the right-hand channel and Gavranovic leads the counter-attacking charge. Sanchez, however, manages to recover and poke a clearance away before Dinamo can test Lloris.
92'
P. Stojanović gets yellow.
Stojanovic commits a careless foul in midfield on Reguilon and becomes the next name in the book.
91'
After some wise words from both sets of coaches, referee Massa gets the first half of extra-time underway!
90' +4
END OF 90 MINUTES: DINAMO ZAGREB 2-2 TOTTENHAM (2-2 ON AGGREGATE)
90' +3
Vinicius lurks at the back post and Kane tries to hook a cross towards his Brazilian team-mate but Livakovic claims with real authority.
90' +2
Bale gets it over and around the wall but also sends it high and wide of Livakovic's goal. It looks like this Europa League tie will need at least another 30 minutes to be decided.
90' +1
Kane invite the foul of Ademi and the midfielder is careless in his attempts to tackle, bringing down the Spurs captain around 30 yards from goal. Bale stands over it while Livakovic barks his orders at the wall.
90'
P. Stojanović enters the game and replaces S. Ristovski.
J. Mišić enters the game and replaces B. Petković.
Sergio Reguilón enters the game and replaces B. Davies.
Ristovski wanders over to the touchline and Stojanovic takes his place.
Petkovic, who had been getting battered and bruised up top, makes his way off for Misic as Dinamo look for a late winner.
Another change by the visitors sees Reguilon come on for Davies.
89'
Kane looks for the run of Vinicius in the area and the Brazilian seems to be through on goal until Lauritsen pulls off a late tackle. In midfield, Sissoko is then far too enthusiastic and he gives away a needless free-kick against Petkovic.
87'
Ndombele flies in at the back post in an attempt to get on the end of Aurier's cross but the referee blows for a foul on Ristovski. It appears only now when the tie is level are Spurs throwing men forward.
85'
Carlos Vinícius enters the game and replaces Lucas Moura.
Mourinho throws on Vinicius for Lucas as he chases a late winner in this tie.
82'
M. Oršić has scored a goal for Dinamo Zagreb! Assist by I. Atiemwen.
GOOOOOALLLLL! 2-0 DINAMO! The tie is level on aggregate and Orsic has his second of the game. Atiemwen has far too much time on the right, cutting back to the penalty spot, where Orsic run onto it and smashes a right-footed finish into the top left corner. As it stands, this tie is heading to extra-time!
Davies stands off Atiemwen, which allows the substitute to pick out Orsic, who grabs the hosts' second goal of the game.
81'
M. Leovac enters the game and replaces B. Franjić.
M. Gavranović enters the game and replaces L. Majer.
Franjic, the man brought in to start at left-back in Dinamo's only change, comes off for Leovac.
Gavranovic replaces Majer, who assisted Orsic's wonderful strike for the first goal.
79'
R. Lauritsen gets yellow.
Lauritsen commits a cynical foul, dragging down Kane near the halfway line to stop an inevitable counter-attack. Unsurprisingly, the referee books the centre-back for his tactical intervention.
78'
Sanchez can't stop Orsic from beating him in the left-hand channel and the scorer of the first goal drills a pass across the face of goal. Davies, aware of Ivanusec behind him, initially slips but manages to make it to his feet to poke away a clearance to stop what would have been a certain goal.
76'
Orsic's goal caused a bit of carnage out in the middle but the visitors have managed to get their foot on the ball now and settle down once more. Bale then goes in search of Lucas on the opposite flank, however, the Welshman's pass is slightly strong and races over the Brazilian's head.
75'
I. Atiemwen enters the game and replaces K. Jakić.
Dinamo are going on the offensive and they send on Atiemwen to replace the more defensive option of Jakic.
70'
Sanchez is forced into giving away another corner on the left-hand side, which Majer swings in. The deep corner this time, however, evades all of his team-mates and Spurs manage to frantically clear out wide.
68'
T. Ndombélé enters the game and replaces H. Winks.
G. Lo Celso enters the game and replaces D. Alli.
At the same time as Lo Celso's introduction, Mourinho makes another midfield change, sending on Ndombele for Winks.
Alli, who has barely influenced this game, come off for Lo Celso to make his return from injury.
67'
Franjic clips the heels of Lucas after he had tried to launch a counter-attack for the visitors. The left-back is perhaps lucky to escape a booking for his foul on the Brazilian there, given the cynical nature of the tackle.
64'
The pressure is well and truly on the visitors now but, for the minute, they stand firm to defend the hosts' corner and earn a goal-kick as some form of respite.
62'
M. Oršić has scored a goal for Dinamo Zagreb! Assist by L. Majer.
WHAT A GOAALLLLL!! 1-0 DINAMO! Orsic has acres of space on the left-hand side after some lazy defending from Aurier and Majer plays him in. The forward opts to cut in onto his right foot and whips his strike into the top right corner. Lloris scurries across his goal but he has no chance of stopping that one. Dinamo have pulled one back to make it 2-1 on aggregate to Spurs.
Majer moves inside the left-hand channel, feeding Orsic, who does the rest, cutting in onto his right foot and beautifully finishing into the far corner.
60'
G. Bale enters the game and replaces É. Lamela.
Perhaps due to the Argentine's disciplinary record or alternatively to chase the game, Mourinho brings off Lamela and replaces him with Bale.
58'
Petkovic shows real class to dance around Davies, however, his choice to shoot towards the far post leaves Ivanusec frustrated, as the forward felt he was in a better position to capitalise than his team-mate.
57'
Lamela hacks at the ankles of Ademi but he can't dispossess the midfielder. The Argentine then fouls him again in the middle of the park and he needs to be careful, given he is already on a booking, that he doesn't have a repeat of his dismissal against Arsenal.
55'
Ademi is an unmarked attacker from Majer's corner but he can only head straight into the hands of Lloris. The French goalkeeper then attempts to launch a counter-attack, however, his strike is poor and instead of releasing Kane it rolls through to Livakovic.
53'
Ristovski drives down the right flank, evading the pressure of Lucas and whipping an inviting delivery to the back post, where Aurier is forced to turn behind for a corner, which Majer will take.
51'
Lamela's high press forces Franjic into a mistake and Aurier overlaps to try and link-up with his Argentinian team-mate. Unfortunately for Mourinho's side, Lamela's pass after winning the ball is poor and Dinamo manage to intercept in the right-hand channel.
50'
Ivanusec executes a smart flick to his right to release Ristovski but the right-back fails to capitalise on the chance. An opportunity then falls to the feet of Petkovic, however, the forward can only fire into the legs of the incoming Sanchez on the edge of the area.
48'
The second half has started in similar fashion to the first as both sides struggle to assert their dominance in this Europa League tie. Spurs are currently sat a little deeper, inviting the hosts onto them and then looking to counter-attack when the opportunity arises.
46'
Both sets of players have returned after half-time and referee Massa gets the second half underway!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: DINAMO ZAGREB 0-0 TOTTENHAM
45'
Dinamo will be glad for the half-time whistle, after a few minutes of Spurs dominance which has seen chances fall to both Kane and Aurier. Down the other end, Petkovic goes in pursuit of an aimless long pass which travels through quickly to the hands of Lloris.
42'
Lamela dances one way then the other but Franjic isn't buying the dummies, tackling the Spurs man before he can progress. Theophile-Catherine needlessly fouls Alli when the ball comes back in play, offering the visitors a free-kick wide on the right-hand side.
41'
Aurier fakes to cross with his right and cuts in on his left foot, delivering to the front post, where Lauritsen climbs above Lamela. The rebound nearly falls to Kane but the English forward is caught on his heels and Theophile-Catherine manages to clear long.
37'
Petkovic is once again putting himself about, this time being fouled by Alli around 35 yards from goal. After the referee has a few words with the wall, Orsic strikes the resulting set-piece straight into them and the ball cannons away from danger.
34'
Lauritsen and Lucas clash as the pair duel for a throughball inside the area. The Brazilian comes out feeling the worst, hitting the ground and clutching his head. However, after a brief pause, Kane drags Lucas back to his feet and play resumes without any need for medical attention.
33'
Dier and Lamela exchange short passes on the left with the former cutting in and delivering to the back post. The initial cross looks set for the head of Kane but it just misses the forward and trickles through to the hands of Livakovic.
32'
K. Jakić gets yellow.
Lucas leads the away side's counter-attack and Jakic commits a smart but cynical tactical foul near the halfway line, leaving the referee with no option but to book the midfielder.
31'
A lazy header by Sanchez offers Ademi the chance to drive down the left flank and the midfielder duly obliges. The Colombian centre-back recovers, however, giving away the first corner of the game on the left-hand side, which Dinamo waste.
27'
Kane is perhaps guilty of being too honest as he manages to stay on his feet, despite the best efforts from Lauritsen to grab the striker and bring him down inside the area. Nevertheless, the visitors' captain stays on his feet and then fails to find Alli, meaning the chance for the away side fades away.
26'
Alli's pass is inches away from rolling in Kane, who had made a run to the right of Theophile-Catherine into the area. Livakovic was quick off his line but a better pass from Alli there would have spelled danger for the home side.
25'
After a slow start, the hosts are slowly growing into this game. In the last few minutes or so, Mourinho's team have struggled to make it out of their own half and the likes of Ivanusec and Orsic have both forced smart blocks from Spurs' defence.
22'
É. Lamela gets yellow.
Petkovic wins a free-kick just inside Spurs' half. The visitors employ an incredibly high line and Majer's delivery is comfortably headed away by Sanchez. Franjic then retrieves possession, dancing past two tackles before blasting a left-footed effort into the body of Aurier inside the area.
Lamela becomes the first name in the book for dissent towards referee Massa.
20'
Lucas gets isolated one-on-one with Ristovski, beating the right-back with relative ease before travelling out of play with the ball. The Brazilian had done the hard part of beating the defender, so he will be frustrated to not capitalise on the opening where he could have found Kane or Alli in the box.
19'
Alli takes an age to play the ball inside and when he does he gives it away to Ristovski. The right-back then tries to launch a counter-attack through Orsic and Ivanusec but the pass is too heavy and Dier intervenes near the halfway line.
17'
Lucas roams through the middle of the park, shrugging off two tackles and eventually going down under the pressure of Ademi. The referee, however, is having none of it as he waves his arms and insists play goes on, much to the annoyance of the Brazilian on the floor.
16'
Ivanusec latches onto a long ball in the right-hand channel, bringing it down and driving at Davies inside the area. The hosts' forward beats the Welshman with ease, however, his left-footed strike gets blocked by the chest of Dier before it can trouble Lloris in Spurs' goal.
14'
Lucas slides in Kane with a smart reverse pass down the left-hand side and the visitors' captain tries to find a team-mate at the front post. The English forward delivers a great cross but it evades all of his colleagues, namely Alli and Lamela, as it races out for a throw-in on the other side.
12'
Ivanusec dispossesses Davies on the right flank but then fails to find the feet of Petkovic in the middle. The pair stand there looking at each other in frustration while Lloris picks the ball up before rolling out short to Aurier to the right of the area.
10'
Dier goes long in search of Lucas but instead finds Alli, who passes to Kane before receiving the ball back. Space opens up for Alli to shoot on the edge of the area after he has made it in behind Ristovski, however, the midfielder scuffs his shot and it doesn't trouble Livakovic.
7'
Kane tries a smart flick over the top of Lauritsen for the run of Alli but the centre-back is alert to the danger, poking away a clearance before the Englishman can capitalise through the middle.
6'
Lucas ghosts inside but he has to play backwards as the movement in front of him is minimal. The visitors appear content to work possession from side to side at the minute as they patiently attempt to carve out an attacking opportunity.
4'
Petkovic and the hosts are furious with referee Massa for giving a foul on Dier in the air when the forward thought he had won it fairly. After a few quiet words from the referee, play resumes with a Spurs free-kick.
3'
The first shot of the game comes from Orsic, who drifts in from the left before unleashing a long-range effort which Lloris comfortably saves. Majer had initially nicked the ball off Aurier and then found Orsic in space on the flank.
2'
Davies and Alli immediately exchange a one-two down the left-hand side, with the Welsh left-back reaching the byline before needlessly fouling Ristovski. Kane was ready and waiting in the middle but Davies didn't get the chance to get his head up and find him.

Referee Davide Massa blows his whistle to get the second leg of this Europa League tie underway!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the second leg of the Europa League last-16 clash between Dinamo Zagreb and Tottenham.
The visitors come in to this second leg with a two-goal advantage, after defeating the Croatian side 2-0 in the first leg last week. Domestically, last time out Tottenham lost to local rivals Arsenal 2-1, while Dinamo crushed Varazdin 5-0.
DINAMO ZAGREB (4-3-3): Dominik Livakovic; Kevin Theophile-Catherine, Stefan Ristovski, Rasmus Lauritsen, Bartol Franjic; Kristijan Jakic, Arijan Ademi, Lovro Majer; Luka Ivanusec, Bruno Petkovic, Mislav Orsic.
SUBS: Iyayi Atiemwen, Mario Gavranovic, Marin Leovac, Marijan Cabraja, Marko Tonic, Renato Josipovic, Lirim Kastrati, Robbie Burton, Josip Misic, Dino Peric, Daniel Zagorac, Petar Stojanovic.
TOTTENHAM (4-2-3-1): Hugo Lloris; Ben Davies, Eric Dier, Davinson Sanchez, Serge Aurier; Harry Winks, Moussa Sissoko; Lucas Moura, Dele Alli, Erik Lamela; Harry Kane.
SUBS: Gareth Bale, Joe Hart, Dane Scarlett, Carlos Vinicius, Toby Alderweireld, Steven Bergwijn, Marcel Lavinier, Tanguy Ndombele, Japhet Tanganga, Sergio Reguilon, Matt Doherty, Giovani Lo Celso.
The players are wandering out the tunnel and shortly it will be time for kick-off.
Mourinho will want this Europa League clash done and dusted so he can rest his stars like Kane for the visit to Aston Villa on Sunday. However, as Dinamo remain in the tie, the Portuguese manager may look to introduce the likes of Bale or Ndombele to kill this game off. The hosts will be happy with their first-half performance but they still need to score twice to stand any chance of progressing here.
Nothing can seperate these two sides after 180 minutes so this Europa League tie goes to extra-time! After Kane had given Spurs a two-goal advantage in the first leg, Orsic's second-half double in the second leg has levelled the scores on aggregate. Dinamo looked quiet in the first half of this game but Orsic's wonderful strike brought the Croatians to life. Kane then thought he had won it late for the visitors but Theophile-Catherine's clearance on the line kept the hosts alive.
Bale goes the closest for the visitors in the first half of extra-time but neither side have found that important third goal in this Europa League tie. There will be 15 more minutes before this tie is decided by penalties. Mourinho is on the touchline waving his arms at his side in an attempt to encourage them towards one final push in the second half of extra-time.
That is all from this Europa League last-16 clash, until next time!
With no hopes of European glory left, Mourinho's focus will turn to the Premier League, where Spurs sit in seventh and next face Aston Villa. They still have hope of silverware with a cup final left against Manchester City but the Portuguese manager will be frustrated to go out like this. Dinamo, who pulled off an unexpected comeback here, will find out their quarter-final opponents on Saturday.
